Rules & Regulation.

    Introduction -:

    1) To be affiliated with our company you should first pay a registration fee of Rs - 200 which is refundable after a purchase of Rs - 2000 exclusive delivery and packing charge and in case of purchasing of Rs - 2000 product first time exclusive delivery and packing charge there will be no registration fee.

     2) The Registration fee will be refundable only in the bank account which is mentioned in the registration form.

     3) To Buy -: In the circumstance of not collecting our article (Product) by the customer, his / her money will not be paid back with any further demand.

    4) Our company ensures you with top quality product but with change of season, there may be a negligible change in quality,colour,size and taste.

     5) Our company does not mix any chemical which hampers its original taste and smell.So company will not be responsible from their part.

     6) After deposition of customer's payment in our Bank account, he / she will have to wait for maximum 12 - 14 working days (Saturday / Sunday closed) to receive our product through Speed post / Courier .

     7) For the purpose of packaging, we may cut the fish without hampering its original quality though our aim is to present it in its original full shape. We do not cut any part of the fish and there fore a customer should not request or demand a portion of the fish / fishes.

     8) As there are different names popular in different places of the same dry fish, so we do not give any specific name but give code names for our products. A customer should identity the product by its code and order us accordingly and for any mistake of his / her part, the product is not refundable after delivery.  

      9) The lowest unit of selling our product is 300 (gm) and an increase of 400 (gm) per unit should be ordered by our customer. Our delivery and packing charge is minimum Rs - 110 for 300 (gm) of our product beyond West Bengal and Rs - 90 within West Bengal and increase of Rs - 60 beyond West Bengal and Rs - 40 within West Bengal will be charged for every increase of 400 (gm) weight. The company does not reduce any amount for further request or demand of the customer.  

        
    10) Only after the Registration being done, the registered customer will have a customer's Id which will enable them to register any enquriy or complain and that will be solved by us. But without registration no complain or enquiry will be received or dealt with. In case of purchasing for the first time by the customer, any enquiry is welcome.

    11) After placing the order or deposit in the bank by the customer, there will be no process of canceling the order. 

    12) Customer's Id is very important as because any further step of order / complain / enquiry etc will be through this Id.

    13) There will be no hand to hand purchasing procedure as it is a " E " shop and any request in this regard will not be accepted.

     
     14) It is a news to our regular customer that they should give a customer stratification report for every calender year. 
     

    15) Our postal charge is same all over India except West Bengal. 
    
     16) Any communication regarding purchasing / query / Complain / Request / etc should  be in English only. 
  
     17) The cost of the dry fish will vary time to time with the change of market rate.  

     19) Our E - shop "Reverend" has no branches and if any customer is cheated by any other Institution / company by the same name, we have no responsibility for that.

      20) In case of our product, enlisted as code - 02, prior information should order and only after our affirmation, the order should be place.

       21) With the change of season, the quality and price of the same product may vary, our dear customer should have bear with it.
